Mr. M. Subramanian, Chief Marketing Officer of the Gopalakrishnan-Deshpande Centre (GDC) of IIT Madras, visited the I-3 Foundation at IIT (BHU) on March 19, 2025, to gain insights of the incubator ecosystem at IIT(BHU), Varanasi. NITI Aayog has appointed GDC to conduct a study on the “Incubator Ecosystem for Indian Higher Education”. During his visit, he engaged in discussions with the Directors of I-3 Foundation—Prof. Rajnesh Tyagi, Prof. Manoj Kumar Meshram, and Prof. Rajesh Kumar Upadhyay—who shared their perspectives on incubator development and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students and faculty members. Additionally, Mr. Subramanian interacted with few startup founders to understand their experiences within the incubation ecosystem.
